Poem for the day

Remember

Whenever you have cause to doubt

and fear crowds in from every side

When you can no longer speak

for the panic in your heart and mouth

Stop

Breathe

Change it all around

Remember my friend what we have shared

The sights, the sounds

The love, the life

Remember my friend what has been there

Each and every day

What faith and commitment have given you

Along the way

Remember what you have that is always there for you

Remember the perseverance and patience

that has helped you carry on through

Remember you are not alone

In this crazy world in which we live

Remember you and I, I and you

Stop

Breathe

Blow the fear away

And Live
