This week we celebrate National Storytelling week (31 Jan – 7 Feb 2015).

Big Lottery funded Craigmillar Books for Babies bring a love of stories, songs and rhymes into the lives of children and families.

Jane Picture1Lockerbie, has come a long way since her first visit to Big Lottery funded Craigmillar Books for Babies. The group encourages and supports parents and carers to share books and stories with their babies. Jane started attending the group a few years ago with her disabled daughter Beth (now 4).

Here she explains how the Edinburgh based charity helped her overcome her biggest fear.
